Wisteria

Having done a blog posting about Wisteria recently I discovered when we went to Bicton Park near Exeter that it has probably the oldest Wisteria in Britain.

It really is a magnificent specimen.

    Thank you!
The fragrance must have been over-powering....

  2. Beautiful - as you may recall I have a wisteria in my back yard. But this one takes the crown!

  3. The life that it has seen...just imagine....

  4. Wisteria grows less lushly here in New England, but it is persistent. One year we had a magnificent show. I felt as if I were living in a Chinese watercolor.
