A first grade school teacher had twenty-six students in her class. She presented each child in her classroom the first half of a well-known proverb and asked them to come up with the remainder of the proverb. These are, allegedly, the results. Their insight may surprise you. While reading, keep in mind that these are first-graders, in the USA that is 6-year-olds, because the last one is a classic!

Out of the mouths of babes! :)
ReplyDeleteHi - I love a good hard laugh first thing in the morning and this did it for me today. They are all so innocently funny, except that last one! That one doesn't seem so innocent!
ReplyDeleteBTW, stopping by via Tricia @ Shoes.... I like your blog!
Is it just me or do kids know a lot more than they used to at a far younger age? Thanks for the laugh.
ReplyDeletePriceless! I'm grateful to Tricia for pointing me in your direction. I have thoroughly enjoyed my visit. And thank you for this wonderful post.
