Pole at Fuji International

Lewis Hamilton scored what Ron Dennis described as the ‘best pole of his career’ at the Fuji International Circuit in Japan on Saturday. He made ‘no sacrifices to the race strategy’.

What I especially enjoyed was the fact that Massa, knocked down to fifth in the last few moments, was quick to offer his hand to Hamilton as they came into the weighing room. It’s great to see sporting behaviour in sport. It’s such a shame it’s unusual enough to be worth commenting upon!
