Friday My Town Shoot-out

Today it is up to each blogger to choose their own theme for the Friday My Town Shoot-out. As I am staying with my brother on Lewis in the Outer Hebrides I thought I would simply show you the three townships that are his immediate locality - Eagleton, Lower Bayble and Upper Bayble; together with Bayble Bay which they all overlook.

GB's house is at the end of the township of Eagleton.

He overlooks Bayble Bay and around the corner is Bayble Island.

Looking over to Upper Bayble.

Looking towards Lower Bayble as the sun sets.

Why not visit the link to other bloggers and see what theme they have chosen?

  5. Have you been away on holiday. Thought I haven't seen your post. You coming to New Zealand for the rugby world cup?

  6. I've seen lots of pictures looking towards the bay but it was interesting to get the view from the other direction for a change. I've realized lately that it's not as easy as one might think to get the geography right in one's head when one has only seen pictures - even if one has seen lots of pictures!

  7. Hi Ann. CJ aka Scriptor and I (his brother) are wondering if you are confusing us. I shall be back in NZ at the beginning of November for my usual 6 month migration. CJ stays put here in the UK! He just happens to be up here in Scotland on holiday with me instead of his usual abode down in the North West of England.

  12. Still, I love to visit the blogging of brothers who visit the same area of life...everyone's view is of the same but seen differently :)

And, of course, Graham's garden is always delightful!

I really liked the photos that he shared of you, down on your belly and in other positions...reaching for the perfect shot. You're getting around pretty good, surely better than I did that week :)
