I absolutely love this! Wonder how they made/where they got hold of the train track? Even without the track, this would be a novel way to serve and one I intend to use soon. Thanks.
It's really sweet! My grandpa used to do this kind of thing for my sister and I when we were little. I remember how he once made us cheese sandwiches in the shape of houses. And this wasn't for a party - he simply did it because he loved us, and wanted us to enjoy our meal with him.
Love how they kept the stems on the peppers and used them as the ...uh, the part that hooks the trains together, I don't know the proper word for this!

Great idea. I must remember that for the grands.

ReplyDeleteAbsolutely swell - and a great way to get the younger set to look at vegetables in a different light!
ReplyDeleteThat's too funny! I'd like to do this at home. I have a folder in the computer called "creative kitchen", with crazy ideas like this.
ReplyDeleteI've seen it before, but I can't remember where, either! :) Love it.
ReplyDeleteI think it is. :) Although I would have to serve something else alongside it.
