Novels

  1. I read voraciously but my tastes are very low brow. Whodunnits and unless it is a technical book then I pick them up and pop them down randomly. I suspect the author of your post image has never attempted to read Jeffrey Archer. I have failed to complete two pages.

  3. We do enjoy reading novels, and I like the quote. Please delete the truncated comment I somehow posted!

  4. Which is why it's so difficult to finish the book and put it out there for all to see. It's not just another novel - it's mine. Or yours, as the case may be. Go ahead and self-publish on Amazon. You'll be amazed at the response you get.

  5. Are you writing a novel? That would be a novel that I would most certainly read!

    1. Thanks Kay. I have written one. The two harder parts are revising it and then going through the effort of finding a publisher. Writing it is fun; the other two are not so I lost enthusiasm at that stage.

  6. I read religiously once upon a time, mostly fantasy and some horror, with a sprinkling of whudunits. As English is not my mother tongue, i do learn a lot from books, the way people think and how they react in certain quarters.
Reading for me, other than to acquire knowledge, is an escape from the daily tedium :)
