Beautiful! Of course I like the yellow ones most, because yellow is and stays my favourite colour. My mum uses Iris as an alias when she is online (it is not her real name), and a photo of an Iris flower from her garden as her avatar for a cooking forum where she is one of the moderators.
Great photos as always. It never ceases to amaze me in how many different colours irises come. My brother-in-law used to have some which were a beautiful dusty pink. I wish I knew what variety they were, as I've never seen any others quite like them. Have a great weekend! Canadian Chickadee
Hello - thanks for dropping by to leave a comment. Your comments are much appreciated even if I don't always reply. They will appear as soon as they have been moderated.
I am using Instagram and Facebook a lot more nowadays and sometimes they are replacing my posts on the blog. If you want to follow me on Instagram my address is @cjohnedwards. On Facebook I can be found at Clive John Edwards but you will need to send me a request to follow me as it is not open to the public.
For some reason - are they to showy and pretentious? - I've never really been able to like Irises. Odd.
