For some reason - are they to showy and pretentious? - I've never really been able to like Irises. Odd.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! Of course I like the yellow ones most, because yellow is and stays my favourite colour.
ReplyDeleteMy mum uses Iris as an alias when she is online (it is not her real name), and a photo of an Iris flower from her garden as her avatar for a cooking forum where she is one of the moderators.
Great photos as always. It never ceases to amaze me in how many different colours irises come. My brother-in-law used to have some which were a beautiful dusty pink. I wish I knew what variety they were, as I've never seen any others quite like them.
