Isn't it amazing how much one can learn from reading the paper? :-)
ReplyDeleteNever seen these before.....cheered me up no end.
ReplyDeleteScriptor,
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing your ramblings - thoughts and photos - in sepia and in full colour - they're lovely.

Oh Lordy! I can't imagine if people saw the paper and thought I had been a prostitute only to find out that I just hadn't stopped at a RR crossing! And the corrections are always buried in the paper - there'd be no recovering from that!!!!
ReplyDeleteThe rest are hilarious! Where did you find them?
These are so funny. I would type more but I have to go and get dressed up, going to Wal-Mart, you know.
ReplyDeleteYou sometimes wonder if Subbies do it on purpose!
ReplyDeleteI didn't find them, Tiffnay. They found me. A former colleague who sees it as her job to send me cheery things by e-mail was the source, as she has been of a few of my Happy Monday postings. So a belated but no less sincere 'Thank you' to Shelah.
