I quite like the idea of the jar with the notes about good things! Generally, I am a rather positive person and feel grateful day after day about the many, many good people and good things in my life. But should I ever start to feel sorry for myself, hopefully I'll remember this idea.

Oh I agree. 2018 was definitely our hardest year ever. Here's hoping we're all healthier, more productive and less stressed in 2019, xx
