"Shells from the Sands of Time". Isn't that a wonderful title. Published in 1876 it was a selection of non-fiction essays and a couple of ghost stories by the wife of Bulwer Lytton.
It looks like a beautiful book. I wonder why the title though? Perhaps it relates to something in one of the essays or stories... I like many of the old book titles, they don't read as if they were made up by a PR company!
This was my first attempt at doing a blog posting and checking comments from my phone. Successful but I couldn't tell how big the picture was and have yet yo check that on the laptop.
