  1. Not sure about the pet shop, I detest wind turbines but the dog is a beauty.

  4. The animal shots are all awwwwwsom. Odds and ends are just what is needed on a Sunday.

  5. The dragon looks prickly. As much as I like stories with dragons in them, I'm not so sure I'd want one sitting on my lap. Or rather - I'm pretty sure I would not! ;)

  6. It can be fun to go to the pet store and see the animals there. Have a beautiful day!

  7. Oh my! I too just hate, hate the wind turbines. They are a blight on any landscape and seems they always appear on the most beautiful vistas.

  8. The bunny looks like he's enjoying sunbathing and the dog, well, I think I'm partial to this photo. The dog exudes so much love.

  9. I'm not sure that I could really welcome a reptile into my home: they rather lack the emotional element I would seek if I were likely to keep a domestic pet.

  10. I have a hard time imagining cuddling up to a dragon...but that sweet faced puppy would be easy! Hope all is well with you!

  11. I'm unusual in that I find wind turbines very impressive. I sometimes think I'm alone in this!?

    1. No you're not, Jenny. I don't think they are an eyesore; on the contrary, I think that factories, power plants, many modern buildings and most of all CARS are an eyesore and ruin a beautiful landscape.

    2. On the whole Jenny, as someone who sees a lot most days, I don't mind them either. The first one I can recall was, I think, the first in Scotland atop a hill in Orkney. That was possibly 30 years ago. It was a major tourist attraction. One mountain range in New Zealand is covered in them. It is spectacular and there are even viewing points. I've never heard of anyone not going there because of them but I often hear critics say that the Western Isles will loose it's tourists because of them. I think not!

  12. Next to oldest granddaughter has a lizard, but it's not a bearded dragon. I wish there was a way to show you. She added to her 'family' by getting a dog. She's quite happy with both.

  13. Hey! I also think that the wind turbines have a kind of beauty about them.
Love the photo of Pat's dog!! Here's the thing, I cannot for the life of me, remember how to pronounce the name...is it Bree=AG=HA?

    1. It's always hard to show pronunciation - especially allowing for our different accents - but the best I can do is BREE-a, Kay.
