Such a remarkable name in history.
ReplyDeleteLike so many, I'll never forget where I was as he walked on the moon - working on a remote northern reserve with no light or water.
ReplyDeleteYour blog is - as often happens with blogs I regularly read - the first place I hear about this. Neil Armstrong's death certainly marks the end of an era, at least in my head.
ReplyDeleteI just heard about this yesterday in connection with seeing the first photos from the surface of Mars.
