The government has announced a change in the Union Flag (or Union Jack as it is colloquially known).
It will now become a circular red, white and blue design rather resembling a condom. This is to reflect current government policy which encourages inflation; halts production; destroys the next generation; protects a bunch of dicks; and gives you a sense of security while you are actually being screwed.
