It might be thought that having left Lewis behind I would have to do without Oystercatchers. But no, not only do they sometimes pass over our house at Pensby, piping away, but I also saw these wooden ones in a Keswick shop window.

Oystercatchers
It might be thought that having left Lewis behind I would have to do without Oystercatchers. But no, not only do they sometimes pass over our house at Pensby, piping away, but I also saw these wooden ones in a Keswick shop window.
