John, these are way more than "just some old" photos - they are timelessly beautiful and (in my eyes) worth being turned into prints and put on the wall, either in a calendar or on their own.
These are most splendid photographs. Not only do they show the beauty of nature but several also convey the atmosphere of "being there" which is harder to do. I specially liked the first and fifth from the top.
The last photo is one of your masterpieces because it captured to perfection the profiles of Mum and Dad doing what they had done all their lives and what they loved doing most.
Hello - thanks for dropping by to leave a comment. Your comments are much appreciated even if I don't always reply. They will appear as soon as they have been moderated.
I am using Instagram and Facebook a lot more nowadays and sometimes they are replacing my posts on the blog. If you want to follow me on Instagram my address is @cjohnedwards. On Facebook I can be found at Clive John Edwards but you will need to send me a request to follow me as it is not open to the public.
We live in such a beautiful world that sometimes it astounds me.
