Excuse me but that's not quite right..


If you are going to make fun of grammar at least get it right...

 The semicolon or semi-colon (;) is a punctuation mark that separates major sentence elements. A semicolon can be used between two closely related independent clauses, provided they are not already joined by a coordinating conjunction.

    My problem with grammar was that i knew when something sounded correct and when it did not, and i could tell you what to do to fix it, but i couldn't always remember the rule that told why!

    I know what you mean. I think she had to get the bit in about "archaic" though, don't you? :)
